Patricia “Patty” Rosciano is the Senior Program Coordinator of ASU’s Employee Recognition Program and New Employee Orientation. Annually, she welcomes over 1,500 new employees and gets them acquainted with the New American University concept. She connects them to ASU’s culture and resources. Additionally, she plan awards and celebrations throughout the year to recognize and celebrate the commitment and contributions of ASU employees. Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ., Patty was the first in her family to attend and graduate from college. She obtained a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Art History and Communication from ASU. She returned to receive a Graduate certificate in Special Event Management. She joined ASU’s working force in 2006, and for 13 years has been involved in various initiatives and projects with the Office of Human Resources, Staff Council, Commission on the Status of Women and the United Way. Her experience includes event and program management, business and financial operations, executive administrative support, revenue generation and volunteer management. In her free time, you will find her lost in the mountains. She hikes regularly with her husband and four-year-old Sharpei/Lab Retriever mix. She also co-leads a women’s hiking group. Patty looks forward to joining CLFSA. She is excited to develop further relationships that will help ensure the success of ASU students and of the employees!
